  • What is AniX?

    AniX is a Asian pop culture themed store and entertainment centre in Estonia. Our goal is to bring together young people with similar interests through activities, events and fan merchandise. We have physical stores in Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu and an online store. (Hi! That’s where you are right now!) To find out more about what we do and the events we host you can for example visit our social media.

    Oh and AniX is also the name of our mascot 🙂

  • What happened to ABC Anime? Does that store no longer exist or did you just change your name?
    AniX is ABC Anime’s descendant, she’s her bigger, smarter and cooler big sister. The same lovely people who worked at ABC Anime work at AniX.
  • How much does it cost to deliver my parcel to me?
    The price of delivery depends on the delivery method you choose as well as on whether you’d like your parcel to be delivered to Estonia or to another country. The quickest and easiest way to see the price of your delivery is to add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. If your order is worth 50€ or more it will be delivered anywhere within Estonia for free.
  • How long will it take for my parcel to get to me?

    Within Estonia the parcel usually gets to you in 2-3 working days. It takes around 10 days for the parcel to get to you if you’re abroad.

  • Is it possible to order products from AniX to outside of Estonia?

    Yes. You can currently order our products to Latvia and to Finland.

  • What are the payment options?

    You can pay for your order via an internet bank, credit/debit card or using PayPal.

  • Can I pay using PayPal?

    Yes, but we kindly direct your attention to the fact that when using PayPal there will be a 5% commission fee.

  • Can I pick up my order in person?

    Yes, you can pick up your order at Saha-Loo 34, Iru (Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00). To do that make sure you choose self-pick up as your delivery method when making the order.

  • Is it possible to pick up the order from the stores in Tallinn, Tartu or Pärnu?

    No, online store orders can not be picked up from physical stores. Our warehouse and stores are located separately. In case a customer does not wish to pick up their order from Saha-Loo 34, Iru, we can deliver the order for an additional fee or cancel the order if necessary.

  • Can I pay for my order in cash, on the spot?

    No. It is not possible to pay for your order in cash at our physical store.

  • Can I come and see the products available online at your store?

    Yes. Our products can be viewed in our physical stores in Tallinn, Tartu or Pärnu

  • Do the online store and the physical store carry different products?

    There may be some variation. Some products and product categories available in our physical store might not be available online.

  • I’d like to order a specific manga/figure/other kind of product that I have not been able to find from your online store. Can it be done? How?

    In that case what you want is to make a special order. You can do that, by e-mailing us at orders@anix-shop.com.

  • I’d like to order a product with a photo of my choosing. How do I do that?

    You can do that, by contacting us at: orders@anix-shop.com.

  • I saw a product at your physical store that I do not see in your online store. Would it be possible for me to order that product via your site anyway?

    Please contact us via orders@anix-shop.com or through our social media.

  • What should I do if a product has a defect, is ruined or is not what I ordered?

    In the event of non-compliance or defects regarding the product, please contact orders@anix-shop.com with a notice stating the name of the ordering party, the contact phone number, the order number and the exact description of the non-conformity or defect.

  • May I return a product?

    Upon receiving the order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, the reasons behind such a decision need not be specified (depending on the products or services, the consumer may not have the right to withdraw.) In the event of cancellation of a sale agreement, a corresponding application must be sent to the following e-mail address: orders@anix-shop.com. The application must contain the following information: the goods to be returned, the order number and the bank account to which the money will be returned. The amount paid for the goods (excluding the cost of delivery of the goods) will be returned to the consumer’s account no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract reaches the seller.

  • I made my order a while ago, but my parcel has yet to arrive. What should I do?

    Please contact us via our e-mail orders@anix-shop.com and describe the situation in detail.

  • On what conditions is it possible to order 18+ products?

    18+ products are available for persons, who are of 18 years of age or older. If a parent or a guardian orders an 18+ product for their child and selects the self pick-up method at the store, the parent or the guardian must be the one to pick up the product.

  • I see that there are some products on pre-order. What does that mean?

    Pre-ordered products are products that haven’t been released yet, but their release date is clear and certain. You can order these products through our site.

  • The pre-order period is over and the pre-order page has been taken down. Will I get my order? When?

    You’ll get your order on the date that was marked on the pre-order page. For more information on a certain product, contact us at orders@anix-shop.com.
