The world is engulfed in a war with an unprecedented enemy – monsters called mimics. On one of the islands in the southern part of Japan, the same battle repeats time and again. Newly recruited Kaidzi Kiriya and battle-hardened veteran Rita Vratatski, known as the Furious Hound, lead their arduous struggle to finally live through this “Groundhog Day”.
