- Personal development is primary, and then comes material development.
If you approach the matter with your soul and qualitatively, then what exactly you’re doing fades into the background. The main thing becomes HOW you do it. If you are interested and you understand your business,you will work with joy and people will always sense that. You share your energy with them, and they share your energy with you. This is the basis. These principles and thoughts, as well as the desire to convey them to all our colleagues and employees, have forced (and still push us) towards continuous development and the search for new, unique and effective ways of organizing labor. The natural consequence of this was the desire to create a Teal (evolutionary) organization, described in detail in the book “Reinventing Organizations” by Frederic Laloux. Unlike the usual paradigms and principles of internal work in organizations (see “Spiral Dynamics”), the turquoise paradigm allows you to share and convey the meaning of the organization to each employee. And as we wrote above – if you know why you work (and the reason is something more than just making money), then work becomes a pleasant part of your personal life. An interest that you are not shy about and sincerely share with others.
